3. This test requires a blood sample so that we will arrange blood collection from your home.
4. Once blood and urine collected from you, it will sent to the USA for analysis.

Because the test requires a blood sample, blood collection is arranged from your home. Both the blood and urine samples are then sent to the USA for analysis.

Term and conditions

If the sample is rejected by the lab located in The USA due to quality related issues, in that situation, we have to re-send sample again for resting to the USA laboratory.

Again, we will send replacement kit for free and our team will guide the process again. Here only the customer has to pay FedEx courier charges (Rs 4500/) only.

(*If the customer denies for re-testing, there shall be no refund of money paid for the test.)

Please keep these terms in mind before ordering. If the laboratory rejects a sample because of a quality-related issue, a replacement kit will be sent free of charge and the team will guide you through the process again. The customer is responsible for the stated FedEx courier charge of Rs 4500/- for resending the sample to the USA laboratory. If the customer does not wish to retest, the amount paid for the test will not be refunded.

When you will get the report?

Reports will come within 3 to 4 weeks.

The stated report timeline is 3 to 4 weeks. The report is based on analysis of the collected blood and urine samples. Once it is available, discuss the results with your practitioner, who can review the metabolic profile in the context of your individual health concerns.
