- After completion of payment, sample collection kit shall be sent to your designated address
- Once you receive the kit, then our team will guide you how to collect sample as well as to fill all the documents
- This test requires a blood sample so that we will arrange blood collection from your home
- Once blood and urine collected from you, it will sent to the USA for analysis
Term and conditions
If the sample is rejected by the lab located in The USA due to quality related issues, in that situation, we have to re-send sample again for resting to the USA laboratory.
Again, we will send replacement kit for free and our team will guide the process again. Here only the customer has to pay FedEx courier charges (Rs 4500/) only.
(*If the customer denies for re-testing, there shall be no refund of money paid for the test.)
